– 4 salmon fillets – 3 tbsp honey – 3 tbsp Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Prepare the Honey Mustard Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil until well combined.
Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey mustard sauce generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake the Salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Broil for Extra Caramelization (optional): If you prefer a caramelized top, switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
